1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phjoint website at phjoint.vu, downloading the phjoint mobile application, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside phjoint's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.

phjoint reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. If you continue using the platform after an update, you accept the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use phjoint, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phjoint does not permit persons under 21 to register or play.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily restricted your own account access.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phjoint.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on phjoint. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If you have forgotten your login details, contact support — do not create a second account.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. phjoint uses this information to verify your identity (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Documents accepted for KYC include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license.

• Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number is required for login and sensitive account actions.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify phjoint support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on phjoint are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion and no foreign currency required.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking and mobile banking apps, direct bank transfer to Philippine banks, and local e-wallets. phjoint does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

• All deposits must originate from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts verified as yours during the KYC process.
• phjoint reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals of any amount.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing periods.

5 Gaming Rules

All games available on phjoint — including live casino, slots, eBingo, and fish games — operate according to their individual game rules. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded except where a clear technical error has occurred and is verified by phjoint.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. phjoint does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, phjoint will follow a fair resolution procedure. Interrupted rounds will either be completed or voided and stakes returned, depending on the circumstances.
• Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time. All live dealer decisions are final and in accordance with the applicable game rules.

phjoint offers no guarantee of winnings on any game. All gaming involves financial risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

phjoint may offer bonuses, cashback, and other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games.

• Bonuses are credited at phjoint's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjoint and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using phjoint for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or allowing minors under 21 to access and use your account.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

phjoint may suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or any phjoint policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with phjoint's dormancy policy.
• At the request of the account holder.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting phjoint support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account after all outstanding checks are completed.

9 Privacy and Data

phjoint collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for the purposes described in that policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, account management, and platform security.

phjoint uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your account information is never sold to third parties and is only shared as required by law or to verify identity through authorised KYC partners.

10 Responsible Gaming

phjoint is committed to responsible gaming. Online gaming involves real money and real financial risk. No outcome is guaranteed, and no gaming strategy eliminates risk. phjoint encourages all players to set personal budget and time limits before starting any gaming session.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures outside phjoint's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The phjoint platform is provided "as is." While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or completely free of errors at all times.

12 Changes to These Terms

phjoint may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes, phjoint will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-app notification or email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the phjoint platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through phjoint support.
